INSCRIPTION
Pour participer au GENEVAshowcase, tu dois remplir intégralement le formulaire d'inscription en ligne jusqu’au dimanche 08 septembre 2024, 24:00h.

L'inscription est valable dès que tu as rempli le formulaire et payé les frais par carte de crédit. Les frais d'inscription seront retenus même si tu ne fais pas partie de la sélection finale.
Tu peux postuler si tu habites en Suisse, si tu es Suisse ou si tu vis en France voisine.
PROCÉDURE DE CANDIDATURE
Tu peux postuler avec des travaux personnels ou travaux de commande. Pour chaque inscription, tu dois télécharger une maquette pour ta table (1 x 2 m) et 1-6 images que tu présenteras sur ta table virtuel. Tu es libre de procéder ensuite à d'autres inscriptions.

IA IMAGES
Les images entièrement créées avec des générateurs IA ne sont pas autorisées. La partie principale d'une image doit avoir été photographiée avec un appareil photo. En cas de soupçon, nous pouvons te demander les données originales. Les manipulations IA dans le traitement des images sont autorisées.
SÉLECTION
Le jury regarde les photos et les évalue. Les organisateurs du Salon de la Photo (Profot AG et CropFactory GmbH, en abrégé SLDLP) établiront la sélection finale des travaux (basée sur l'évaluation du jury). Si ton travail ne répond pas aux exigences de qualité ou aux directives techniques, SLDLP se réserve le droit de refuser ta participation sans avoir à se justifier.
ADMISSION ET CONFIRMATION DE PARTICIPATION
SLDLP t'informera par e-mail si tu as été sélectionné pour l'exposition photo.
La participation définitive à l'exposition de photos GENEVAshowcase te coûte 150.00 CHF (TVA comprise).
Ces frais de participation doivent être entièrement payés avant l'exposition. Sans versement, pas d'exposition.
Le recours juridique pour la participation à l'exposition photo est exclu.

MONTAGE ET DÉMONTAGE
Tu dois finir d'étaler les images sur ta table le jeudi 3 octobre entre 15:00 et 18:00 en personne (ou par un ami ou un membre de la famille). Le vernissage commence à 19:00.
Tu dois venir les chercher personnellement (ou par l'intermédiaire d'un ami ou d'un membre de ta famille) le samedi 5 octobre 2024 entre 16h30 et 18h00. Il n'est pas possible de renvoyer tes images.
LIEU
L'emplacement de ta table sur le lieu d'exposition GENEVAshowcase au CICG sera déterminé par le SLDLP.
DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION / EXCLUSION
Tu as le droit d'annuler ta participation à l'exposition de photos par écrit dans les cinq jours suivant la réception de la confirmation finale de ta participation, sans donner de raison. Ce désistement n'entraîne pas de conséquences financières. Seuls les frais d'inscription ne seront pas remboursés.
Si le désistement a lieu après le délai, les frais de participation de 150 CHF ne seront pas remboursés.
VENTE
Si tu le souhaites, tu peux proposer tes images à la vente dans l'exposition. Tu peux négocier cela directement avec les personnes intéressées si tu es présent à ta table ou nous pouvons noter les souhaits d'achat et te transmettre les contacts.
ASSURANCE
GENEVAshowcase ne prend pas en charge la couverture d'assurance de tes images et exclut toute demande de dédommagement pour des dommages survenus pendant le montage, l'exposition et le démontage. Il est préférable que tu couvres les images coûteuses avec ta propre assurance.
LISTE DES EXPOSANTS / CATALOGUE / DROITS D'UTILISATION
Un répertoire des exposants avec ta biographie et le lien vers ton site web sera publié sur le site www.salondelaphoto.ch. Tu cèdes gratuitement à Salon de la Photo les droits d'utilisation de ton travail. Nous pouvons utiliser librement tes images pour les médias électroniques, la publicité et les relations avec les médias en rapport avec l'exposition photo GENEVAshowcase. Dans la mesure du possible, nous mentionnerons le copyright.
RÉSERVE DE MODIFICATIONS ET D'AJOUTS
SLDLP se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment les dispositions de ce règlement ou de les compléter par des directives. Les exposants de GENEVAshowcase en seront informés en temps voulu.
COMMUNICATION ENTRE SLDLP ET L'EXPOSANT
Tous les accords, autorisations individuelles et règlements spéciaux doivent être communiqués par écrit ou par e-mail (à Paul Merki showcase@salondelaphoto.ch )
CHOIX DE LA LOI, LIEU D'EXÉCUTION, JURIDICTION COMPÉTENTE
Toutes les relations juridiques entre l'exposant et le Salon de la Photo sont soumises au droit suisse, même si l'exposant a son siège social à l'étranger. Le lieu d'exécution et le for juridique pour toutes les procédures est Bremgarten, siège de CropFactory GmbH.

REGISTRATION
To take part in the GENEVAshowcase, you must complete the online registration form in full by Sunday August 25, 2024, 24:00h.

Registration is valid as soon as you have completed the form and paid the fee by credit card. The registration fee will be retained even if you are not part of the final selection.
You can apply if you live in Switzerland, if you are Swiss or if you live in neighbouring France.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
You can apply with personal or commissioned work. For each entry, you'll need to upload a table model (1 x 2 m) and 1-6 images to present on your virtual table. You are free to make further entries.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The size of the images for the application, the procedure for naming them and the documents can be found at
AI IMAGES
Images created entirely with AI generators are not permitted. The main part of an image must have been photographed with a camera. In case of suspicion, we can ask you for the original data. AI manipulation in image processing is permitted.
SELECTION
The jury looks at the photos and evaluates them. The Photo Salon organizers (Profot AG and CropFactory GmbH, abbreviated SLDLP) will make the final selection of entries (based on the jury's assessment). If your work does not meet the quality requirements or technical guidelines, SLDLP reserves the right to refuse your entry without stating reasons.
ADMISSION AND CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION
SLDLP will inform you by e-mail if you have been selected for the photo exhibition.
Final participation in the GENEVAshowcase photo exhibition costs CHF 150.00 (incl. VAT).
This participation fee must be paid in full before the exhibition. No exhibition without payment.
Legal recourse for participation in the photo exhibition is excluded.

ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
You must finish laying out the images on your table on Thursday, October 3 between 15:00 and 18:00 in person (or by a friend or family member). The vernissage starts at 19:00.
You must collect them personally (or through a friend or family member) on Saturday, October 5, 2024 between 16:30 and 18:00. It is not possible to return your images.
LOCATION
The location of your table at the GENEVAshowcase at the CICG will be determined by the SLDLP.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / EXCLUSION
You have the right to cancel your participation in the photo exhibition in writing within five days of receiving final confirmation of your participation, without giving any reason. There are no financial consequences. Only the registration fee will not be reimbursed.
If you withdraw after the deadline, the entry fee of CHF 150 will not be refunded.
SALE
If you wish, you can offer your images for sale at the exhibition. You can negotiate this directly with interested parties if you are present at your table, or we can make a note of purchase requests and pass on contacts to you.
INSURANCE
GENEVAshowcase does not provide insurance cover for your images, and excludes all claims for damages incurred during set-up, exhibition and dismantling. It's best to cover expensive images with your own insurance.
EXHIBITOR LIST / CATALOG / RIGHTS OF USE
A list of exhibitors with your biography and a link to your website will be published on www.salondelaphoto.ch. You grant Salon de la Photo the rights to use your work free of charge. We may freely use your images for electronic media, advertising and media relations in connection with the GENEVAshowcase photo exhibition. Wherever possible, we will mention the copyright.
SUBJECT TO ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS
SLDLP reserves the right to modify the provisions of these regulations at any time or to supplement them with guidelines. GENEVAshowcase exhibitors will be informed in due course.
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SLDLP AND THE EXHIBITOR
All agreements, individual authorizations and special regulations must be communicated in writing or by e-mail (to Paul Merki showcase@salondelaphoto.ch ).
CHOICE OF LAW, PLACE OF PERFORMANCE, JURISDICTION
All legal relations between the exhibitor and the Salon de la Photo are subject to Swiss law, even if the exhibitor has its registered office abroad. The place of performance and jurisdiction for all proceedings is Bremgarten AG, headquarters of CropFactory GmbH.
